You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Do not misuse the platform by uploading false, misleading, or harmful content.

All code, designs, templates, and branding are owned by CT WebDev. User-submitted content (resume data) remains the property of the user.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for downloadable Word resumes are final unless a technical issue prevents delivery. Refunds are at our discretion and may require proof.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Resume outcomes (e.g., job rejections)
• Downtime, errors, or third-party service interruptions
• Misuse of your resume by others

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for violating these terms or abusing the Service..

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized legal principles and conventions, without regard to local jurisdiction or conflict of law provisions.
